Grumpy's Dogs Bus wrap
I was super excited to get to work on the wrap for the food bus, I've never done a food truck wrap and it's been a long time since I've illustrated anything so I was looking forward to the challenge.

I wanted the bus to be shocking and fun from a distance and play off of the name Grumpy's but I also wanted the characters to be a clean, simplistic and contemporary style. Not extreme amount of detail and gradients so they could easily be scalable to smaller size applications.

Grumpy's Dogs Bus Wrap Option 1
This was my first option of the bus; I approached the art the same way I would a packaging design project. I always like it when the art wraps the corner of the piece and makes you want to follow it around to see more. I wanted it to be fun and ridiculous so you would want to go take a picture next to it and what better way to do that then have a bunch of hot dogs fighting for your attention.

For this version I want to simplify the busyness of the illustration and just focus on one hot dog.
